1. You are entering your password in LOWERCASE alphabets when you have actually registered a password using UPPERCASE. Please switch ON the CAPS lock key of your keyboard and enter the password.
2. You are entering your password in UPPERCASE alphabets when you have actually registered a password using LOWERCASE. Please switch OFF the CAPS lock key of your keyboard and enter the password.
3. You may have misspelled your login id- kindly check and retry again.

2. If you are not behind a firewall or on a proxy server and you get to see some other profile, then kindly refresh the screen by either clicking on the "REFRESH" button of your browser or press the Control+F5 keys together to refresh your screen.

2. Go to your home page.
3. Click on "Edit Profile" link in your home page.
4. Click on "Update Password".
5. Provide the necessary details.
6. Click on the "Submit" button to affect the changes.

1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link on Batchmates homepage.
2. Enter the email address you provided during registration.
3. Click on the "Submit" button.
4. Your password will be emailed back to your registered email id instantly.
5. If your emailid is incorrect, then fill the form and send it to us. Your registration details shall be mailed back to you.

Send an e-mail to support@batchmates.com and let us know about your problem. If the e-mail ID (from which you have sent the mail) is found listed in our database, you will receive a mail with your password in it. If the e-mail ID (from which you have sent the mail) does not exist in our database, you will receive an e-mail asking for your personal details. You will be asked to provide us your first, middle and last names, nickname, city, state, date of birth, names of the institutions where you are registered, etc. Please provide us with as many details (mentioned in the list) as you can in order to help us confirm your identity. After successful confirmation of your identity, you will receive a mail in your e-mail ID (from which you have sent the mail) with your login details.
