How do I Register?
You can register by:
- Go to the site www.batchmates.com
- Select the Country/ State/ Location/ Institute in the subsequent pages.
- Fill in the form to complete the registration.

How do I log in?
You can login with your
- Unique ID & Password OR
- Email ID (the one you've provided during registration) and your Password.

How do I log out?
- Click on the "logout" link on in the top right hand side corner of any page.
I got logged out from Batchmates while surfing through the net – why is this so and what should I do?
- If you are behind a firewall or on a proxy server and if the connection trips you will be logged out for which you will have to login again.
- Clear your Browser cache by clicking on the following options from the Menu Bar of your Browser Tools-->Internet Settings-->Delete Temporary Internet Files.
- If you are not behind a firewall or on a proxy server and you get logged out- Kindly refresh the screen by either clicking on the "REFRESH" button of your browser or press the Control+F5 keys together to refresh your screen.
I cannot login using my valid email/ unique id –
why is this so?
You could be facing this problem for any one of the following reasons.
- You are entering your password in LOWERCASE alphabets when you have actually registered a password using UPPERCASE. Please switch ON the CAPS lock key of your keyboard and enter the password.
- You are entering your password in UPPERCASE alphabets when you have actually registered a password using LOWERCASE. Please switch OFF the CAPS lock key of your keyboard and enter the password.
- You may have misspelled your login id- kindly check and retry again.
I am logging in with my id and password it is accessing somebody else's profile. Why?
You could be facing this problem for any one of the following reasons.
- If you are behind a firewall or on a proxy server and if someone else from your organisation has visited Batchmates.com then its quite obvious that your browser is accessing that particular profile from your proxy's cache.
- If you are not behind a firewall or on a proxy server and you get to see some other profile, then kindly refresh the screen by either clicking on the "REFRESH" button of your browser or press the Control+F5 keys together to refresh your screen.
How do I change my password?
- Login using your Email/ Unique Id & Password.
- Go to your home page.
- Click on "Edit Profile" link in your home page.
- Click on "Update Password".
- Provide the necessary details.
- Click on the "Submit" button to affect the changes.

I've
forgotten my password- how do I retrieve it?
To retrieve your password– follow this simple procedure.
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link on Batchmates homepage.
- Enter the email address you provided during registration.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- Your password will be emailed back to your registered email id instantly.
- If your emailid is incorrect, then fill the form and send it to us. Your registration details shall be mailed back to you.

STEP 1: Provide the email with which you had registered in Batchmates and if it is in our
database - an email with your password & batchmates unique ID number will automatically be sent out to that address. Please use this
automated process to enable us to serve you more efficiently.
STEP 2: Use the form below only if you have tried step 1 several times and
failed or you no longer have access to your email with which you registered
on batchmates. We will revert back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
NB: Do not create new / multiple registrations with different email id's as
this will confuse friends trying to contact you. You should use one
registration and after logging into the site, add your name to additional
schools, colleges & workplaces that span your life from kindergarten to
retirement. Thank you.
