Are you getting the message "Your Login session has timed out or you
are not logged in". Here is the solution.

If you are using Internet Explorer clear
the cache of your browser by following the instructions below :

- Click on 'Tools' in the top menu bar of
the browser.
- Choose 'Internet Options' from the drop
down menu.
- Click the 'Delete files' button that
appears in the window.
- Make sure to check the "Delete all
offline content" check box. Click on "OK" button.
- Click the 'OK' button of the window and
try browsing www.batchmates.com again.

If you are using Netscape then follow
these steps to resolve the issue:

- Click on 'Edit' in the top menu of the
browser.
- Choose 'Preferences' from the drop down
menu.
- On the left hand side of the new window,
click the 'Plus' icon to extend the 'Advanced' option. In the list that is displayed
below 'Advanced', click on 'Cache'.
- Click the 'Clear Memory Cache' button.
When the confirmation question comes up, click the 'OK' button. Click the 'Clear Disk
Cache' button. When the confirmation question comes up, click the 'OK' button.
- Click the 'OK' button of the window and
try browsing Batchmates.com again.

If you have performed the above steps and
you are still not able to login, then ensure that the cookies are enabled in your browser.
To do so follow the instructions mentioned below :

- Click on 'Tools' in the top menu bar of
the browser.
- Choose 'Internet Options' from the drop
down menu.
- Select the 'Security' tab.
- Click on the 'Custom level' button.
- Make sure to select the 'Enabled' radio
button for 'Cookies' Settings.
- Click the 'OK' button of the window and
try browsing www.batchmates.com again.

Alternatively, if you are using Windows
2000 / Windows XP and have performed the above steps and you are still unable to login,
then proceed as follows :

- Click on 'Tools' in the top menu bar of
the browser.
- Choose 'Internet Options' from the drop
down menu.
- Select the 'Privacy' tab.
- Click on the 'Advanced' button.
- Select the 'Override Automatic Cookie
Handing' check box so that the First-Party Cookies and Third-Party Cookies are set to
Accept.
- Click the 'OK' button of the window and
try browsing Batchmates.com again.
