Hislop College

The college was founded in 1883 at the Mahal area in Nagpur. It had a staff of One Principal, Rev. J.G. Cooper and six professors. In the entire history of Nagpur University after it was established in the year 1924. In 1954, Hislop College started Journalism Department headed by Prof. Eapan, which was the first of its kind in this region.
